- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor health conditions as needed.
- Help clients with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
